Border Fill View

I often find myself missing borders in my designs, to the point where some go unnoticed until the board is locked and shared.

I think it would be helpful on fill-style maps if the selected territory, and the bordering territories of that territory were given a fill color instead of a colored circle. This would make it far easier to distinguish borders because it would be easy to see gaps between territories since they would lack color. This would also have the benefit of letting designers see how the territory looks filled and helping them detect areas that don't fill properly.

[edit] Suggested Steps

  • Enter board design page.
  • Click on a territory on the map
  • Fill selected territory with red (currently the focal point is marked with a red circle)
  • Fill bordering territories with blue (currently the focal points are marked with a blue circle)

When I get a chance, I will throw together an image to show an example.
