SI was in the critical minority regarding the earlier Wizard Duel board, but I think this one is much more fun, and thanks to the four-player setting and border modifiers, more of a strategic challenge.

The Master Mages of the Elements: Earth, Wind, Fire, and Water have all long sought to acquire the treasure of all magic treasures: the Dragon Amulet.
Mages have always struggled with the limitations placed on them by the arcane; the Dragon Amulet negates these effects and bestows eternal energy upon its wearer, granting the strength to rule over all life.
Take control of your elemental magic and strike at those who would seek to steal the Dragon Amulet from your rightful hands...

Each sorcerer must use their elemental offensive spell to try and break the opponent's color corresponding defensive shield. IE Your blue attack goes to their blue shield.
Once you have broken through an enemy's shield you can attack the enemy sorcerer directly with a +1 attack bonus.
The Dragon Amulet can be attacked by your offensive spell, and if you gain control it grants an extra 10 units of power per turn. The Dragon Amulet cannot attack anywhere, but you can transfer power units from the Amulet to your sorcerer if needed.
Also, the sorcerers suffer and gain from the general elemental weaknesses. For example Fire is extinguished by Water, so therefore Water has a +1 attack against Fire. Likewise, Fire is strong against Wind because Fire burns all the oxygen in the air, so Fire attacks Wind with a +1 bonus. Repeat reasoning for Wind --> Earth, and Earth --> Water.
Finally, it is IMPORTANT to note that if you LOSE control of your sorcerer you have essentially "died" and your chance for victory drops down to 1%. (So protect your sorcerer at all costs!)
