Limiting visibility to stats in fog games

The stats page can provide you with more information than you realize, even in a fog game where much of the information has a [?] next to it. For instance, if there is a board where certain territories have attack / defense advantages, you can tell if any 7+ dice have been rolled. You can also tell the total number of attack & defense dice that have been rolled in the game. If you are really crafty, you can look before & after a turn was made, and deduce how large an attack they had. You could also look at the total of each dice that were rolled on attack & defense, and estimate how effective the attack was. I'll admit that I probably get a little too analytical in these games, but I'm probably not the only one, so it would make sense to have more fog in the stats section as well.

  • Related would be the inability for players to figure out who has been eliminated from Ranked games that have Fog settings. This can be seen very easily (within about 5ish mouse clicks) and really isn't intended for the most part. --Yertle 06:11, 19 December 2008 (UTC)
