It might be good to make a flag on accounts when they are denoted as bots. Then when a person wins a game against a bot, their statistics don't go up. This would do two things, first, it would keep people from boosting their stats (e.g. play against a bot and beat them a lot and win). Second, if you did give bot testers plus accounts, this would dissuade people from sharing the account since they would get no "points" for wining, etc.--Eric 15:11, 26 December 2007 (UTC)

A similar feature that might prove useful would be allowing games to be declared "test games." A test game wouldn't count in the stats, and could be deleted once it's finished. A game developer could launch a test game to develop a new board, and if a flaw is found, the game could then be unlocked and fixed rather than creating a new, slightly different version. I also agree with Eric that people should not be able to boost statistics using bots. If the test game feature were implemented, you could force all bot games to be test games. --Red Baron 15:44, 1 February 2008 (UTC)
